“…To compare, in compost average amount of humic substances, which are responsible for soil enrichment, reaches only 182 mg/g (Gusiatin and Kulikowska 2012 ). Recently, lignite derived humic acids were reported as an excellent fertilizer, that increase vegetable and wheat yield and soil quality index (Ahmad et al 2015 ; Ciarkowska et al 2017 ). Moreover, our results also supports these studies, showing that liquefied coal stimulates germination of seed and growth of plant roots (data not published yet).…”
