Abstract:The article considers the essence and properties of clustering, examines clusters and their impact on the innovative development of the economy. The author claims that systemicity as a property indicates the structuring of clustering, the relationship between its elements, subordination to the achievement of a single goal, dependence on the external environment, and the integrity of the subjects involved in clustering. All this is summarized in the concept of clusterization of the national economy.
