Comparative analysis of transcervical resection and loop electrosurgical excision in the treatment of high‐grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

Abstract: TCRC may be an alternative method to LEEP in the treatment of HSIL. Compared with LEEP, TCRC has comparable clinical efficacy without additional adverse events. Moreover, TCRC is useful for detecting and/or removing intrauterine lesions during surgery.

“…As a result, a correlation between the cells' pathologic states, the concentration of the generated H 2 O 2 in the tissue microenvironment, and the electrochemical peak current of the CDP would be observed can be analyzed and calibrated as a diagnostic profile. 16 CDP tests on various cell lines (Figure 1f,g and Supplementary Section 1) followed by RT-PCR, FTIR analysis, and lactate-based assays confirmed the specific hypoxia-related responses of CDP, and the investigation of ROS analysis investigated by N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) (see method) (Figure 2).…”

“…Although most low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSILs) can regress naturally within 1–2 years, while (HSILs) have a higher potential for malignant transformation ( 2 ). Current treatment high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesionsmethods for SIL comprise ablative treatments (such as cryotherapy, radiofrequency, and focused ultrasound treatments) and excision procedures (including cold knife conization, cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure, and laser conization) ( 3–5 ). In the past few years, there has been an increase in the occurrence of SIL among younger woman ( 6 ).…”
