Comparative Analysis of Human Operators and Advanced Technologies in the Visual Inspection of Aero Engine Blades

Abstract: Background—Aircraft inspection is crucial for safe flight operations and is predominantly performed by human operators, who are unreliable, inconsistent, subjective, and prone to err.
