Abstract: : Sea-ports in Northern Vietnam have experienced a rapid growth of container throughput in recent years. To accompany with such development, huge investment also has been performed to enhance not only local port capacity but also the regional logistics system. “…The yard crane, the operation time of the terminal and the area of the terminal can all affect the efficiency of the terminal. Nguyen and Kim (2015) used data envelopment analysis method to compare container throughput and facilities of container terminals in northern Vietnam, and put forward some suggestions for related enterprises. Lv et al (2020)studied the problem of terminal interruption recovery caused by accidents after berth allocation, established an integer linear programming model, and proposed a heuristic algorithm combined with the crane allocation problem, which had practical significance for rescheduling berth allocation.…”
