Combustion synthesis and characterization of Sr3Al2O6

Abstract: In this paper, the synthesis by solution combustion (SCS) of tri-strontium aluminates (Sr 3 Al 2 O 6 ), using different fuel amounts, has been studied. The main objective was to understand the effect of the amount of fuel on phase formation, yield and purity of the product using urea as fuel.
