Combinatorial Materials Design Approach to Investigate Adhesion Layer Chemistry for Optimal Interfacial Adhesion Strength

Abstract: A combinatorial material adhesion study was used to optimize the composition of an adhesion promoting layer for a nanocrystalline diamond (NCD) coating on silicon.
