Combination of MAR and intron increase transgene expression of episomal vectors in CHO cells

Abstract: Previous work has shown that the EF‐1α promoter of episomal vectors maintains high‐level transgene expression in stably transfected Chinese‐hamster ovary (CHO) cells.
