Resumo: No artigo, a movimentação humana por si só é apresentada como sendo parte de um sistema ergonômico rico em complexidade. São também incluídos diversos aspectos relevantes envolvidos na movimentação humana, necessários para o desenvolvimento de um modelo computacional. É proposto que esta seja uma modelagem baseada em agentes ergonomicamente situada. Assim, os comportamentos individuais, coletivos e emergentes apresentados na movimentação humana são uma consequência da configuração inicial do sistema, das suas vizinhanças, da auto-organização dos agentes envolvidos e de suas interações locais. Human Movement, Ergonomics, ComplexityAbstract: In the paper, the human movement is presented as part of an ergonomic system rich in complexity. It is also included several aspects involved in human movement, necessary for the development of a computational model. It is proposed that this is an ergonomically situated agent-based modeling. Thus individual, collective and emergent behaviors shown in human movement are a consequence of the initial system configuration, its neighborhoods, the self-organization of the agents and their local interactions.

Abstract:The business environment is rapidly changing and puts pressure on enterprises to find effective ways to survive and develop. Since it is almost impossible to identify the multitude of complex conditions and business risks, an organization has to build its resilience in order to be able to overcome issues and achieve long term sustainability. This paper contributes by establishing a two-step model for assessment and enhancement of organizational resilience potential oriented towards Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the process industry. Using a dynamic modelling technique and statistical tools, a sample of 120 SMEs in Serbia has been developed as a testing base, and one randomly selected enterprise was used for model testing and verification. Uncertainties regarding the relative importance of organizational resilience potential factors (ORPFs) and their value at each level of business are described by pre-defined linguistic expressions. The calculation of the relative importance of ORPFs for each business level is stated as a fuzzy group decision making problem. First, the weighted ORPFs' values and resilience potential at each business level are determined. In the second step, near optimal enhancement of ORPFs' values is achieved by applying a genetic algorithm (GA).

Resilience engineering is a developing concept for coping with the changing world and growing complexity. TNO has begun a project to develop a tool with which to assess resilience. The aim is to enable companies to improve resilient practices at the organizational, team and individual level. The first phase of this project aims to set up a theoretical framework.A diversity of sources was questioned for the available knowledge and a coherent framework to connect those levels. The Resilience Innovation Lab is used to share knowledge with expert members.The four abilities of resilience in relation to supporting structure, culture and learning organization provide the key elements of the model that was developed. Attributes of resilience can be allocated at organizational, team and individual level. The resilience analysis grid provides a basis for developing an assessment tool for those levels. However the four abilities of resilience need to be analysed in closer detail and translated in measurable determinants together with the identification of resources for resilient performance in the next project phase.
