Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Supervision: Recommended Practice

Abstract: In the absence of good quality evidence for the effectiveness of specific aspects or formats of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) supervision, it is necessary to consider what is recommended as good quality CBT supervision.
