Abstract: a dilated CBD (1.2cm) In summary, biliary stones are common in the elderly and may present with non-specific symptoms, and in the absence of jaundice diagnosis may be delayed. With increasing numbers of elderly patients this anicteric presentation of gallstones merits wider recognition.
