Clustering of AIRR regions as a prerequisite of interregional innovation policy

Abstract: Проводится кластеризация регионов АИРР в зависимости от показателей инновационного развития с использованием корреляционного, факторного и кластерного анализа. Выявляются четыре региональные модели инновационного развития, описываются их особенности, преимущества и недостатки. Делается вывод о взаимодополняемости данных моделей и возможности реализации подхода «открытых инноваций» на межрегиональном уровне.
