Clustering energy calculation in light alpha-conjugated nuclei

Abstract: In this paper, clustering energy was investigated in light alpha-conjugate nuclei considering cluster-cluster interaction instead of nucleon-nucleon interaction and using phenomenological non-microscopic method. The observed energy levels were calculated from rotational band of 8Be, 12C and 16O isotopes. The results showed that these isotopes, in their cluster state, have a non-spherical structure.

“…The PNU method is a shortcut to the NU method, which has been used to solve Schrödinger [16], Dirac [17], and Klein-Gordon [18] wave equations. It is a way to make the application of the NU method easier without any requirement to check the validity of the solution [12].…”
