Clinical course after parathyroidectomy in adults with end-stage renal disease on maintenance dialysis

Abstract: BackgroundParathyroidectomy (PTX) is done in cases of secondary hyperparathyroidism from chronic kidney disease to improve renal osteodystrophy.
