Abstract: Relevance. Obesity and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) – diseases of the XXI century. Obesity is a risk factor for GERD, and has significant negative impact on its course, and causes the ineffectiveness of standard therapeutic approaches. Material and methods.
