Abstract:Background: Urethral discharge is a symptom of urethritis. Common organisms causing urethral discharge are Neisseria gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachomatis. Cephalosporines, Macrolides and Tetracycline groups of drugs are commonly used for the treatment.
