Client-Related Factor Contributing to Delay in the Malaysia Public Projects

Abstract: This paper presents the investigation of client-related factor towards delay in public projects by applying qualitative research method approach. Semi-structured interview was conducted involving contractor, architect and consultant with experience in project delay.
