Circuit engineering methods for ensuring ECB resistance to the effects of heavy charged particles

Abstract: The paper considers circuit engineering methods for protecting the electronic component base from the effects of heavy charged particles. One of the main methods is to increase the capacity of the device, which leads to an increase in the capacity of diffusion regions and a decrease in the frequency of single events. The structure of a capacitor is shown, which is connected to various nodes of the circuit to increase the sensitivity of the capacitance of the node. The article focuses on the method of using act… Show more

“…Let us study the factors of the external natural and industrial environment in the warm and cold periods of the year. Builders, more than workers in other professions, are exposed to meteorological conditions since construction work is carried out in any weather in open areas [14,15,16]. For example, in Uzbekistan, from April to September, 60% of the working time of builders, both in the first and second shifts, is spent at temperatures above 30° C, about 1/3 of the working day the air temperature exceeds 35-38° C.…”
