Abstract: Resumo O objetivo deste artigo é propor desdobramentos entre a formação socioespacial como manifestação de um racismo estrutural, com o encarceramento em massa e a violência contra a população negra, numa geografia de sobrevivência a qual pode trazer contribuições para a virada espacial nos estudos organizacionais.
