Chronic Pain Syndromes and Their Laryngeal Manifestations

Abstract: edically unexplained symptoms are a classification commonly encountered in clinical medicine but are not yet known to have an organic origin. 1,2 Medically unexplained symptoms occur in chronic symptom complexes, which are grouped into different diagnoses such as fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS).
