Abstract: A szerzôk egy 60 éves férfibeteg kóresetét ismertetik, aki a fejbôrére lokalizálódó terápiarezisztens folliculitisben szenvedett évek óta. A szövettani vizsgálat kifejezett follicularis Demodex kolonizációt igazolt. Lokális permethrin alkalmazást követô szisztémás és helyi metronidazol kezelés a beteg tünetmentesedéséhez vezetett.
