Because chondroid syringomas are rare and have silent clinical presentations, they are often overlooked and confused with other types of skin lesions such as dermoid or sebaceous cysts, neurofibromas, dermatofibromas, basal cell carcinomas, histiocytomas, pilomatricomas, and seborrheic keratosis.…”
