Abstract:Acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (ALL) is a common paediatric cancer with a tendency to relapse, usually within 3 years of remission. Most patients present with hepatomegaly, splenomegaly, pallor, fever and bruising. Localised muskuloskeletal presentation is extremely rare.
