Chemischer Transport und einige Eigenschaften von Kobalteisensulfid CoyFe1−ySx

Abstract: Der chemische Transport der ternären Phase CoyFe1−ySx läßt sich auf der Grundlage eines thermodynamischen Modells beschreiben. Berechnung und Experiment ergeben, daß die Phase CoyFe1−ySx bei niedrigen Schwefel‐ und Kobaltgehalten (x ≈ 1, y < 0,4) mit GeJ2 unter Abreicherung von Co und Anreicherung von S und Fe, mit HJ (NH4J) dagegen unter Anreicherung von Co und Abreicherung von S und Fe transportiert wird.
