Abstract:Synthesis and Anti-Monoaminooxidase Activity of (4-Dialkylamino-6-methylpyrimidin-2-yl)thioacetic Acid Isopropylhydrazides.-Reduction of the isopropylidenehydrazides (I) with excess sodium borohydride proceeds smoothly to afford the corresponding title isopropylhydrazides (II). All synthesized derivatives possess antimonoaminooxidase activity.
