Abstract:Non-Peptide Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonists: Synthesis and Biological Activity of a Series of Novel 4,5-Dihydro-4-oxo-3H-imidazo( 4,5-c)pyridine Derivatives.-A series of title compound derivatives is synthesized and tested for their biological activity in vitro tests. Small alkyl groups at C-2 and the (methylbiphenylyl)tetrazole moiety at N-3 are found to show best results.
