Abstract

N-Imidazolyl Derivatives of the Naphthalene and Chroman Rings as Thromboxane A2 Synthase Inhibitors.-Nearly 30 examples of title compounds such as (II)-(V) are mainly synthesized as outlined in the scheme and tested for their activities. Some structural requirements for significant thromboxane A2 synthase inhibitory activity are discussed.
