ChemInform Abstract: KETENE MERCAPTALS BEARING CATIONIC SUBSTITUENTS

Abstract

Die Methylmercapto‐Gruppe des Dithiolyliumtetrafluoroborats (II) wird mit Trimethyloxonium‐tetrafluoroborat in eine Dimethylsulfoniumgruppe übergeführt, und das entstandene Bis(tetrafluoroborat) wird durch Rühren in Nitromethan (4 h) zu dem Ketenmercaptal (III) deprotoniert, das beim Zusatz von Ether kristallin ausfällt.
