Abstract: The dithia‐cis‐bicyclo(3.3.0)octanones (IV), potential synthons for the preparation of heteroprostacyclins, are produced by a "tandem" reaction between the cyclopentenones (I), the acetylenic ketone (II) and H2S (III).
