Abstract: Durch Desacetylierung von Pentaacetyldigoxin mit KHCO3/K2CO3 in wäßrigem Methanol bei 50°C werden 12,3′,9′‐Triacetyldigoxin (I) und 12,3′‐ bzw. 12,9′‐Diacetyldigoxin (II) und durch Desacetylierung von (I) unter an logen Bedingungen 3′,9′‐Diacetyldigoxin (III) erhalten.
