Abstract: Die Titelverbindungen (V) werden regio‐ und stereoselektiv aus den Amiden (III) von 8′‐Apo‐β‐carotin‐8′‐säure (Ia) bzw. Vitamin‐A‐säure (Ib) durch Umsetzung mit ungeschützter β‐D‐Glucose in Pyridin in Gegenwart von NaH erhalten.
