Abstract

A Highly Efficient Synthesis of Dithiocarbamates in Green Reaction Media. -Three-component condensation of epoxides, alkyl halides or α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds with amines and carbon disulfide produces dithiocarbamates in good to excellent yields. All reactions can be carried out in polyethylene glycol or in deep eutectic solvent composed of urea and choline chloride.
