“…Expert evaluations have previously been used in relation to MOOCs, for example, to assess the accessibility in Coursera MOOCs (Al-Mouh, Al-Khalifa, & Al-Khalifa, 2014), or to develop a MOOC design model (Gayoung et al, 2016).
