Chargino contributions to   /  in the left–right supersymmetric model

Abstract: We analyze the chargino contributions to the CP violating ratio ǫ ′ /ǫ in the left-right supersymmetric model. We study the possibility that these contributions alone can saturate the experimental value of ǫ ′ /ǫ. We derive conservative bounds on supersymmetric flavor violation parameters in the up squark LL, RR, LR and RL sectors, using the mass insertion approximation. While the LL bounds are found to be consistent with the MSSM values, the LR constraints are new and much stronger.

“…For realistic, not too low SUSY mass parameters corresponding bounds, e.g. [53], are not stronger than those from D − D mixing. We further checked that |δ 75, 5.46], where the lower limit is for x 10 and the upper limit for x 0.01.…”

“…The slit pattern on the chopper resembled a one dimensional Fresnel zone plate, so the modulation frequency changed quadratically with the time distance from the 'optical time axis'. Theoretical work on these subjects [11] and also on time interferometry [12] has been published. Closely related phenomena, like diffraction from vibrating surfaces [13], diffraction from time-dependent slits [14] and interferences induced by time-dependent B-fields [15] have been observed as well.…”
