Characterization of Volatile Compounds in the Essential Oil of Sweet Lime (Citrus limetta Risso)

Abstract: The essential oil of citrus fruit contains components pleasant sensory characteristics that are appreciated in food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries.
