Characterization of antioxidative fraction of plant stem Bouea macrophylla Griff

Abstract: Ethyl acetate extract of gandaria (Bouea macrophylla Griff) has very strong antioxidant activity. The aims of this study are to separate and characterize the active fraction of antioxidants and determine the antioxidant activity quantitatively.
