Characteristics of BaTiO3–carbon nanotube composite synthesised by mechanical milling

Abstract: Barium titanate-0?25 wt-% carbon nanotube nanocomposite was synthesised by the mechanical milling process. The nanocomposite was characterised by X-ray diffraction, SEM, thermal gravimetric analysis and LCR meter. The thermal stability of the composite was lower than that of pure barium titanate, which was attributed to the presence of trace amounts of sodium dodecyl benzene sulphonate.
