Changes in Spectral Acuity following Laser Irradiation

Abstract: Maximal visual acuity and normal color vision are closely associated with foveal receptor function. When the fovea is destroyed or altered by intense laser irradiation, severe and sometimes permanent losses in visual acuity ensue.
