Change Towards Creative Society: A Developed Knowledge Model for IT in Learning

Abstract: The Information Technology (IT) has brought a ''learning revolution'' and the change towards the ''Creative Society''. It drives this paper to understand roles of IT in learning by a knowledge creation approach.
