This article explores the problem of aesthetic education and focuses on issues related to its implementation in the educational process of a modern educational institution. The content and features of modern aesthetic education in the system of professional training of future specialists are covered. The study was conducted during the 2018/2019 academic year. The experimental group consisted of 105 students aged between 17-19 years, while the control group consisted of 155 students of the same ages. As part of this summative assessment, a survey was conducted with the help of a questionnaire, which involved a total of 260 students from both universities, who answered the questions specifying the main shortcomings of modern educational activities. It is known that one of the conditions that interferes with aesthetic development of future specialists is the lack of free time, due to the fact that most students work in their free time after classes and the lack of motivation to participate in classroom discussions. In the process of conducting summative assessment with the help of psychological methods, the main attention was focused on communicative and organizational abilities, empathy, creativity and reflection. It is noted that among the priorities of educational activities at the faculty, it is important to create appropriate aesthetic conditions for the active development of students. Based on the survey, it was found that the main methods in aesthetic education are training, creative meetings with experts, artists and writers; practicals (method of assignments, setting of ©2020 The authors and IJLTER.ORG. All rights reserved.practical tasks -involvement in creative activity); preparation of excursions to museums, theatres, cinemas and the creation of thematic exhibitions. It is determined that studying at the university is not only preparation for future professional activities, but also the formation of character, inculcation of aesthetic and moral values, sustenance of culture and the development of creative thinking. The use of relevant international experience in the processes of creative preparation of young people plays an important role in ensuring the effectiveness of training and aesthetic education of students.

The article substantiates the pedagogical conditions of developing professional culture in law students. To this end, the authors reviewed scientific (pedagogical, psychological, legal) literature, taking into account particularities of professional activity of future lawyers, as well as educational standards of training law students in higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Ukraine, and the component structure of professional culture of future lawyers. The above steps suggested that ensuring efficient development of the phenomenon under study is possible through the realization of a set of pedagogical factors, namely: formation of professional-subject constructs of professional culture of law students in the process of solving simulated professional situations; involvement of law students in professional activity through legal clinics; creation of a professional and cultural educational environment in HEIs. We selected the pedagogical conditions with emphasis on the components of professional culture of law students. Thus, each specific pedagogical condition was directed to the formation of a specific component of the phenomenon under study. We applied A number of methods of scientific knowledge and special techniques in the course of the experimental research to study the level of the development of professional culture in law students. To check the effectiveness of the implementation of certain pedagogical conditions, we conducted a pedagogical experiment, which consisted of a series of successive stages. The students of the control groups studied with the use of the traditional system of training law students. In the experimental groups, pedagogical conditions of developing professional culture in law students were realized by implementation of competent, contextual, systematic approaches and innovative methods were used during classes in a number of professional subjects. The analysis of the indicators of the level of professional culture development in law students shows that there are students with low levels in both categories of groups. Therefore, the improvement of the professional training of lawyers in the direction of further development of their professional culture according to our method becomes topical, since significant positive results were obtained in the experimental groups.

This study reveals the effect of a sustainable training program, based on the technology-mediated learning environment, cognitive load, and self-efficacy has on cognitive and creative thinking styles through increasing learning motivation. The experimental model was based on five hypotheses which were as follows: (1) technology-mediated learning environment will positively affect cognitive and creative thinking styles; (2) technology-mediated learning environment will positively affect students' learning motivation; (3) the cognitive and creativity purpose load will contribute to students' learning motivation; (4) self-efficacy will considerably affect learning motivation;(5) learning motivation will substantially affect fostering cognitive and creative thinking styles. Cognitive reflection test, creative personality scale, the questionnaires were used to collect data. SPSS and SmartPLS statistical analysis tools were used to process collected data. A descriptive statistical analysis was used to analyse general information from the first section of the questionnaire. The partial least square (PLS) was applied to process the second section of the questionnaire. A confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to exercise a measurement model, and then a structural model was employed to investigate the path analysis of the potential factors. The results of this study found that the technology-mediated learning environment improved cognitive and creative thinking styles through increasing learning motivation. This study confirms that there is a positive relationship between learning motivation and the development of cognitive and creative thinking styles. However, the study proved the fact that when students are overloaded with cognitive tasks, they are not able to manage to be engaged in critical thinking or creativity purpose activity productively. The research result could provide design guidelines for organising cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional teaching-learning environments.
