Future studies could use techniques utilized for cerebral vasoreactivity measurements in other settings (e.g., Doppler studies) or quantitative single photon emission computed tomography [65][66][67][68][69][70] to examine vasoreactivity in HHT patients with nosebleeds. Selection of individuals with multiple nosebleeds studied before, during, and after one of their well-defined nosebleed triggers may be a good way to delineate whether any observed modifications in cerebral vasoreactivity precede or are consequent upon the nosebleed.…”
