The purpose of this research is to analyze the naming of business places in South Tangerang. The theory used in analyzing naming is Chaer's theory (2009). This study uses a qualitative research model. The data collection process carried out in this study used the documentation method, followed by the observing and noting method. The data in this study are presented in a descriptive form or informal method. Based on the results of this study it was found that from 35 data on the naming of business places in South Tangerang, there were grammatical, lexical, and connotative meanings. In addition, the naming process that occurs in 35 data on the naming of business premises in South Tangerang, produces 23 data based on inventors or makers, 2 data based on characteristics, 4 data based on new names, 2 data based on place of origin, 1 data based on material, 1 data based on owner and shortening, 1 data based on new naming and owner, 1 data based on uniqueness and new naming. So, it can be concluded that the naming of business places in South Tangerang is dominated by the process of the inventor or maker because most of the business places use the name of the owner or maker.

As a tourism destination area in Central Java, public spaces in Tawangmangu are interesting to examine from a linguistic landscape perspective. This study aims to reveal the culinary presence that is displayed in the outdoor media public space in the Tawangmangu tourism area, Karanganyar Regency, Central Java. This study used a descriptive qualitative method and linguistic landscape theory from Landry and Bourhis (1997) which refers to the visibility and salience of languages on public and commercial signs in a given territory or region. This study also examined the dominant and subordinate groups. The findings reveal that most of the culinary delights shown in Tawangmangu's public spaces are local (traditional) culinary delights. This means that as a destination area, Tawangmangu is dominated by local (domestic) and foreign tourists who consume a lot of traditional food. In addition, traditional culinary delights are still well maintained in tourist destination areas where tourists are not only local but also from abroad.

This study investigates the linguistic landscape of Lembang, Bandung, Indonesia. The field site is situated in a region distinguished by the longstanding presence of diverse cultures and a high degree of multilingualism. This study employed photographs as the primary data source to gather samples from the tourist area of Lembang. The research methodology employed in this study involved the use of photographs. The data presented demonstrate the presence of multiple dimensions that characterize the linguistic landscape of a tourist area. The 83 photographs reveal the language distribution of the Lembang LL. There are three public signs discernible from the language usage of LL signs: monolingual, bilingual, and multilingual. The linguistic landscape in Lembang LL demonstrates a complex interplay of sociopolitical and economic factors, resulting in a multifaceted phenomenon. The results indicate that Indonesian, as the sole national and official language of the country, occupies a prominent position on all signs. English is recognized as the second most significant language in Indonesia, following Indonesian, and is widely used as a means of international communication. Nevertheless, it is regrettable that Sundanese is not predominantly utilized, particularly within the economic realm or business world in the Lembang region. The aforementioned findings indicate that English and Indonesian in Lembang possess both symbolic and commercial significance. Furthermore, the linguistic landscape (LL) in Lembang progressively transforms into a commodified entity.
