Whenconfrontedwithcancer,aprominentchallenge for patients and their partners is their changed sexual relationship. An empirically based theoretical model of the sexual adaptation process during cancer might be helpful in guiding the development of adequate interventions for couples who struggle with their sexual relationship. Therefore, the purpose ofthisstudywastosynthesizeevidencefromprimaryqualitative research studies and to arrive at a detailed description of the process of sexual adjustment during cancer. We conducted a qualitative evidence synthesis of a purposeful sample of 16 qualitative papers, using the meta-ethnography approach to synthesis. We found that the subsequent studies used different theoreticalapproachestodescribethesexualadaptationprocess. This led to three divergent sexual adaptation processes: (1) the pathway of grief and mourning, depicting sexual changes as a loss; (2) the pathway of restructuring, depicting the adjustment process toward sexual changes as a cognitive process with a strong focus on the social and cultural forces that shape the values and experiences of sexuality; and (3) the pathway of sexual rehabilitation, depicting sexual changes as a bodily dysfunction thatneeds treatment and specific behavioral strategies. All three pathways have their own opportunities and challenges. A greater awareness of these different pathways could help healthcare providers to better understand the ways a particular couple might cope with changed sexuality, offering them opportunities to discover alternative pathways for sexual adjustment.

Sažetak. Cochrane kolaboracija međunarodna je i neprofitna organizacija čiji je temeljni cilj promicanje medicine temeljene na dokazima (engl. Evidence based medicine; EBM) te stvaranje i širenje pouzdanih, visokokvalitetnih dokaza o intervencijskim i dijagnostičkim postupcima u zdravstvenoj zaštiti. Archibald Cochrane bio je škotski liječnik i jedan od idejnih začetnika medicine temeljene na dokazima, u čiju je čast organizacija dobila ime. Organizacija je osnovana 1993. godine u Oxfordu (UK) pod vodstvom sira Iaina Chalmersa. Danas Cochrane kolaboracija okuplja više od 40 tisuća suradnika i volontera iz više od 130 zemalja. Cochrane kolaboracija sastoji se od nekoliko različitih radnih skupina, koje podržavaju rad organizacije. Glavni proizvod Cochrane kolaboracije je baza sustavnih pregleda (engl. Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews; CDSR) koja predstavlja glavni dio knjižnice Cochrane (engl. Cochrane Library). Knjižnica Cochrane sadrži različite vrste visokokvalitetnih, neovisnih dokaza za donošenje odluka u zdravstvu. Svakodnevni razvoj Cochrane kolaboracije očituje se povećanjem broja Cochrane sustavnih pregleda te broja suradnika. Cochrane kolaboracija ima nekoliko ciljeva za budućnost, među kojima se ističu želja da se visokokvalitetni dokazi učine dostupnima svakome diljem svijeta te etabliranje kolaboracije kao glavnog zagovornika zdravstvene zaštite temeljene na dokazima.Ključne riječi: Archibald Cochrane; Cochrane kolaboracija; Iain Chalmers; medicina temeljena na dokazima Abstract. Cochrane Collaboration is an international and non-profit organization whose main goal is to promote Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) and to create and disseminate reliable, high-quality evidence on interventional and diagnostic procedures in the health care. Archibald Cochrane was a Scottish physician and one of the founders of evidence-based medicine. The organization was named after him, in his honour. The organization was founded in 1993 in Oxford (UK), under the leadership of Sir Iain Chalmers. Nowadays, Cochrane Collaboration brings together over 40 000 associates and volunteers from more than 130 countries. Cochrane Collaboration consists of several different working groups, which support the organization. The main product of Cochrane Collaboration is the Cochrane Database of Systematic Reviews (CDSR), which is the main part of the Cochrane Library. The Cochrane Library contains various types of high-quality, independent evidence for decision-making in healthcare. The daily development of Cochrane Collaboration is concentrated on the increase of the number of Cochrane systematic reviews and the number of collaborators. Cochrane Collaboration has several goals for the future, including a desire to make high-quality evidence available to anyone around the world and to establish collaboration as the main evidence-based health advocate.

Many standards exist to guide the process of risk assessment, particularly in the field of information security. This leads to many, subtly different, definitions of risk analysis, evaluation and assessment. Consequently, researchers often confuse these terms and disciplines, which leads to further confusion within the community. In this sense, it is important to come to a common understanding of the processes and terminology to clarify research in this area. A common approach to achieve this goal is to carry out a literature review. This paper takes a formal approach to the literature review based on the ideas of the Cochrane group. The result is a systematic review of risk assessment in the field of information security. We present a systematic review of over 80 research papers published between 2004 and 2014. The main contribution of our paper is to construct a classification of these published papers into seven types. This classification aims to help researchers obtain a clear and unbiased picture of the terminology, developments and trends of information security risk assessment in the academic sector. [6] present a conceptual framework of comparisons among well-documented ISRA guidelines including NIST 800-30, OCTAVE and ISRAM. Other authors are interested in the improvement of current risk analysis approaches by applying fuzzy theory [7,8] and AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) theory [9,10].However, to our knowledge, there has been no systematic overview of the ISRA research to analyse the emphasis of the work and the direction of future research. Consequently, this paper will apply the methodology of systematic review not only to summarize the related research papers, but also to present a classified framework of these papers. In order to not to confuse the phrases of risk analysis, risk assessment and risk evaluation, we will use their definitions from ISO 27005 in our systematic review. The aim of the classification framework is to help researchers obtain a clear picture about the research areas. According to this classification, researchers can find some study entry points in this sector. Researchers may also learn the advanced ISRA methods and find the connections between organizational level and academic level from this systematic review.
