CCAT1/FABP5 promotes tumour progression through mediating fatty acid metabolism and stabilizing PI3K/AKT/mTOR signalling in lung adenocarcinoma

Abstract: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) is the commonest subtype of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). 1,2 Despite significant progress achieved in clinical and experimental ontology, the prognosis of LUAD still presents a gloomy prospective. 3,4 Early diagnosis is important for the successful treatment of LUAD, and however, patients with LUAD usually are diagnosed at advanced stage or with metastasis. 5 Therefore, the identification of novel diagnosis and therapeutic biomarkers for LUAD patients is in great urgency.Over … Show more
