Cascaded single-stage distributed amplifier using DPHEMT devices for multioctave performance

Abstract: This paper describes a multioctave (2-18 GHz) distributed amplifier design using the concept of cascaded reactively terminated single-stage distributed amplifier (CRTSSDA) configuration for EW applications.
