Abstract: RESUMENObjetivo. Estudiar el ciclo celular y realizar la descripción cromosómica de Espeletiopsis muiska, utilizando células meristemáticas de ápices radicales obtenidos a través de cultivo in vitro de embriones en medio MS suplementado con AIB. Materiales y métodos.
