Cardiac catheterization and intervention in haemophilia patients: prospective evaluation of the 2009 institutional guideline

Abstract: Ageing haemophilia patients are increasingly confronted with ischaemic heart disease (IHD). Treatment is complex because of the delicate equilibrium between bleeding and thrombosis.
