CARACTERIZAÇÃO DO RESÍDUO AGRÍCOLA DA CASTANHA-DO-BRASIL (Bertholletia excelsa H.B.K)

Abstract: O setor agropecuário é responsável pela maior quantidade de resíduo sólido no país, no entanto é possível fazer o aproveitamento, transformando-os em subprodutos, agregando valor e diversificando o uso.
