Can Congress Do Policy Analysis? The Politics of Problem Solving on Capitol Hill

Abstract: All tests run using OLS regression. Robust standard errors in parenthesis. * P < .10, ** p < .05, *** p < .01 (two-tailed tests) Models were also run using ordered logistic regression and the results were nearly identical.
