Abstract:El cambio de color arlequín es un trastorno benigno, idiopático y autolimitado que se caracteriza por una apariencia de la piel dividida en dos zonas de color distinto. Su etiología es desconocida, pero se cree que está causada por una inmadurez hipotalámica del tono vascular periférico.
